The Hong Kong Equestrian Performance Plan (HKEPP) 2026 will be open for applications on 20 October 2025. A collaboration between The Hong Kong Jockey Club and the Equestrian Federation of Hong Kong, China, supported by the Hong Kong Sports Institute, the programme aims to identify talent, develop potential and deliver success. Applications are welcomed from Hong Kong athletes who are active in international competition and meet the criteria for the programme.
Applications shall be submitted and returned to the HKJC by Friday 14 November at 17:00hrs (Hong Kong time). Late applications (after 14 November 2025 and before the 1 January 2026) will not be considered.
